What fraud control technologies do you use?

We use our in-house developed traffic control systems along with third-party services, like Adscore, to check quality, bounce rate and other parameters of the traffic behavior.

Why was my campaign declined?

There can be different reasons:

creative does not match the offer;
using aggressive or too defiant visuals;
fraudulent offers or unreliable facts;
mention of famous brands;
forbidden content.

How long does the moderation of my campaign take?

The moderation of the campaign can take a maximum of 30 minutes. Usually near 5 minutes.

What benefits will I get if working with an account manager?

Personal manager:

will guide you through launching process;
will help to choose profitable verticals and combinations;
will make creatives for your ads;
will share traffic insights and whitelists for your offer;

Will I have an account manager?

We have 4 levels of advertisers (depending on advertisers spend or first deposit). We provide full-management for all advertisers, but the amount of perks will depend on the advertiser’s level. You can read find more information here.

Do you have a loyalty program for clients?

If you’re a member of affLIFT or STMforum community feel free to use our bonus for your first deposit.
Also, we have 4 levels of advertisers: Basic, Prestige, Elite and King (the most premium one). The level depends on your ad spendings or a deposit size. According to your level you will have a variety of perks and bonuses. Go to Add funds section and check out our offers.

What payment methods are available at ROIads?

You can add funds using Wire transfers, bank cards, Capitalist.

What is the minimum CPM for pops traffic?

The min CPM is $0.5.

What is the minimum CPC for push traffic?

The min CPC is $0.003.

What payment models are available at ROIads

Push traffic is sold on a CPC basis. Pop traffic is sold on a CPM basis.

Where can I find statistics on GEOs on push and pops traffic?

You canaccess the statistics in your account – in the Insights section. This section can be found in the upper right corner. The Win Rate, Impressions, average, and top CPC for all available countries can be found there.

The minimum deposit is $250 for bank cards and Capitalist. The minimum deposit for Wire transfers is $500.
