TL;DR: Choosing the right affiliate marketing tracker defines how accurately you see your results. Without clean attribution, scaling becomes guesswork. In this guide, we’ll show how to connect ROIads with Binom step by step, so every click and conversion is tracked correctly and your data works for you.

If you run traffic without a tracker, you only see the surface. Clicks, spend, maybe some conversions somewhere. But you don’t know which creative converts, which placements burn the budget, or where you can safely scale.

The ROIads + Binom setup fixes that.

You get:

  • precise click attribution;
  • breakdown by source, creative, and segment;
  • real data for optimization and scaling.

In this guide, we’ll walk through the full S2S postback setup between ROIads ad network, Binom, and your CPA network. No theory overload — just clear logic and practical steps.

How the ROIads + Binom Binom Ads Tracking Integration Works

The flow is straightforward. Understand this before you start configuring anything.

  1. A user clicks your ad in ROIads.
  2. The click goes to Binom — the tracker stores the click id.
  3. Binom redirects the user to the CPA offer, passing that same click id.
  4. When a conversion happens, the CPA network sends a postback to Binom.
  5. Binom logs the conversion and, if configured, sends it back to ROIads.

The critical element in this chain is the click id. If it’s passed correctly at every stage, your data matches. If not, conversions get lost.

How to Set Up Binom Postback Integration: A Step-by-Step Guide

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to connect ROIads, your affiliate network, and your offers with Binom — step by step, from our side.

In our case, we’ll use the LeadBit, but you can use any other affiliate network.

The objective is straightforward: ensure clicks and conversions are aligned correctly, and your data remains consistent across all platforms. Here’s what we’ll go through:

1. Connecting ROIads to Binom: First, we’ll add ROIads as a traffic source inside Binom. This allows the tracker to receive and process data about the visitors coming from your ad campaigns.

2. Connecting Your Affiliate (CPA) Network: Next, we’ll link your affiliate network to Binom. This enables the tracker to receive conversion data generated by your offers.

3. Setting Up the CPA Offer for Tracking: Then, we’ll configure the CPA offer so Binom can correctly attribute conversions and align data between the affiliate network and ROIads.

4. Creating a Tracking Campaign in Binom: Finally, we’ll assemble all connected elements into a single campaign inside Binom, so everything works within one structured setup.

We recommend following each step carefully. Skipping any part may lead to incorrect attribution and inaccurate campaign data.

Step 1: Creating a Traffic Source for ROIads

How do you connect the tracker to ROIads? Start by creating a traffic source inside your tracker. This allows Binom to receive and process data coming from our ad network.

Use the prebuilt template — it’s already available in the tracker and simplifies the setup.

1. Add a New Traffic Source in Binom

Go to the top menu and click “Traffic Sources.” Then click the green “Create” button to add a new source.

2. Create a template

In the pop-up window, click “Load from template.”

3. Find ROIads

Use the search field to find ROIads, then select it from the list.

4. Save changes

Once the correct traffic source is selected, click “Save.”

The traffic source is now added. Next, we’ll move on to integrating the affiliate network we’ve chosen.

Step 2: Connecting Affiliate CPA Network with Binom

To receive data from the affiliate network, we now need to connect the tracker to the platform. In this example, we’ll use the CPA network LeadBit, but the same logic applies to any other network.

1. Add affiliate network

In the top menu, find the “Aff. Networks” tab and click the green “Create” button.

2. Choose a template of affiliate network

In the window that opens, click “Load from catalog.”

3. Find your CPA network

In the top right corner of the opened window, start typing the name of your affiliate network in the search field.

4. Save the postback URL and save changes

Once the affiliate network is selected, the required fields will be generated automatically. Copy the postback URL into the clipboard, then click “Save” to apply and store the changes.

5. Insert the postback URL when creating a flow inside your affiliate network.

Paste the previously copied postback URL into your affiliate network when creating a flow.

In this example, we want to track all lead types, so we placed the postback URL into each relevant field.

Well done! Now we can move on to creating the offer.

Step 3: Integrating the CPA Offer into Binom

You’re just two steps away from completing the setup.

All that’s left is to create the offer and combine everything into one campaign. Let’s integrate the offer.

1. Add a new offer

Go to the “Offers” tab in the top menu and click the “Create” button.

2. Fill in the offer details

In the window that opens, you’ll see several required fields. Enter the following information:

  • Name: You can copy it from the affiliate network or use your internal naming.
  • Offer URL: Take it directly from your affiliate platform.
  • Country: If you haven’t decided on a geo yet, select Global.”
  • Affiliate Network: Choose it from the dropdown list — it was connected earlier in Step 2
  • Payout: Enter it manually or copy it from the affiliate network interface.

Once all fields are completed, click “Save” to apply the changes.

The offer is now added. Time for the final step — creating a campaign in Binom.

Step 4: Creating a Campaign in the Binom Tracker

You’re almost done. Now you just need to combine the offer, traffic source, and affiliate network into a single campaign to enable full tracking.

1. Create a new campaign

Go to the Campaigns tab in the top menu of the tracker and click the Create button.

2. Configure the campaign settings

In the setup window, enter the required details:

  • Name — your campaign title.
  • Traffic Source — select ROIads.
  • Cost Model — choose the pricing model and set your bid. You can also click Auto to let the system detect it automatically.
  • Offer — select the offer you created earlier.
  • Landing Page — if you don’t use one, choose Direct, otherwise the campaign won’t save.

After completing the fields, click “Save” in the top right corner. If everything is correct, the system will automatically generate your Campaign URL.

3. Copy the postback link

Copy the link from the Campaign URL field to your clipboard.

4. Paste the link from the previous step into the Destination URL field when creating your advertising campaign in the ROIads dashboard.

Congratulations, Binom integration is complete. You can now move forward with configuring and launching your campaign in ROIads. If you want a structured walkthrough on how to launch push or pop campaigns effectively, explore our detailed step-by-step guide in the blog.

Why Connect Postback to ROIads?

Once postback tracking is integrated, you don’t just see raw conversion numbers — you unlock tools that directly impact performance. Here’s what becomes available:

  1. CPA Goal: Launch campaigns focused on hitting a specific CPA. The system prioritizes placements that bring conversions within your target cost, making budget control much easier.
  2. Optimization Rules: Set conditions based on conversions and CPA to automatically move sources into whitelists or blacklists. This helps filter out unprofitable traffic faster.
  3. Micro Bidding: Adjust bids inside a single campaign by geo, device, and other targeting parameters. This allows more precise budget allocation without splitting campaigns.

Conclusion

You’ve now completed the full setup: postback configuration in Binom, connection with ROIads, affiliate network integration, and proper CPA offer setup. When everything is aligned, your tracking works as a single system — clean attribution, clear numbers, and full control.

Now move from setup to launch. In ROIads, you can test your flow across four ad formats: Push, In-Page Push, Pops, and Direct Click. Campaigns can be launched worldwide — from Tier 3 to Tier 1 geos — depending on your strategy. Go live, monitor the data, and scale what performs.
