Gambling is one of the highest-paying affiliate verticals, but results depend on the geo more than on any creative. The same casino or betting offer can pay well in one country, be illegal to promote in another, and cost ten times more to test in a third.

Add ROIAds as a preferred source on Google

Google and Meta restrict gambling ads in most markets, so most affiliates run gambling offers through push, popunder, In-Page Push and Direct Click. That makes the choice of geo even more important: you need a market where your offer is licensed, the payout covers the traffic cost and competition is still manageable. Below are the top 10 geos for gambling offers, built on ROIAds traffic data for autumn 2026 and the official rules of each market: UK, Canada, USA, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Poland, South Africa, Kenya and Angola.

This guide also covers:

  • how to choose a geo for a gambling offer (legal status, payout, competition, localization);
  • which high-volume geos need extra care;
  • which ROIAds formats fit each market;
  • answers to common questions about gambling CPA offers.

Note on payouts. No official payout data exists. The payout levels below follow the usual industry convention by tier and are indicative only. Real CPA and RevShare terms depend on the operator and your deal, so confirm with your affiliate manager. Tiers also have no official classification; see our tier guide. Traffic prices are ROIAds averages for autumn 2026 from our top geos report and change with the season.

How to Choose a Geo for a Gambling Offer

  1. Legal status first. Confirm the operator is licensed for the market and that your traffic source is allowed to promote it. Start with countries where gambling ads are legal.
  2. Payout vs. traffic cost. A high CPA means little if CPC or CPM eats the margin. Compare cost by geo before you scale.
  3. Competition. Crowded Tier 1 markets need stronger creatives, localization and tracking.
  4. Conversion and deposit quality. Track deposits, not clicks. Use postbacks.
  5. Device and format. Push traffic on ROIAds is about 99% mobile and pop is 79% mobile, so mobile-first creatives and landing pages are a must.
  6. Localization. Language, currency, payment methods, local sports and games all move conversion.
  7. Offer type. Casino vs. betting, CPA vs. RevShare. See RevShare casino programs.
