Push ads are among the cheapest paid traffic sources in affiliate marketing, but push ads pricing swings hard between GEOs, verticals, and bidding strategies. The same click can cost less than a cent in one country and over ten cents in another.

In this guide, the ROIads advertising network team breaks down push ads pricing in 2026:

  • how push ads pricing works and which pricing models are used;
  • real CPC rates by country, pulled from the ROIads platform;
  • what drives the cost of push ads and how to plan your push ad campaign budget.

How Push Ads Pricing Works

Push ads are usually sold on a CPC basis: you pay when someone clicks your push notification, and the price is set by real-time bidding, where the highest bid wins the slot.

Picture a silent auction at a flea market. You place your bid, the seller picks the top one, and low offers walk away with nothing, which is RTB in practice.

Win Rate tells you what share of these auctions you win at a given CPC. The higher your bid, the higher your Win Rate and the more traffic you get. ROIads ad network runs AI Bidding to adjust bids for you automatically.

Pricing Models for Push Ads

There are three pricing models for push ads you are likely to come across. Only two of them are actual payment models; the third is an optimization mode that works on top of CPC.

ModelHow you payWhere it’s usedBest for
CPCPer clickThe standard for push and in-page push, including ROIadsMost campaigns: you only pay for users who actually reach your landing page
CPMPer 1,000 impressionsOffered for push by some networks; the standard for pop adsCreatives with a proven high CTR, where paying per impression becomes cheaper than per click
CPA GoalStill per click (CPC)An optimization mode on ROIadsCampaigns with conversion tracking set up

CPC is the safest choice for testing: your spend is tied to clicks, so a weak creative doesn’t burn budget on impressions nobody engages with.

CPM can pay off once you know your CTR. If a creative gets a high click-through rate, the effective cost per click can drop below the CPC market rate. With an untested creative, though, you risk paying for impressions that never turn into clicks.

CPA Goal is often mistaken for a separate pricing model. On ROIads, you still pay per click, but you set a target cost per acquisition and the algorithm adjusts your CPC bids across sources to hit it. It needs postback tracking and enough conversion data to learn from, so it works best after the first test phase.

Whatever model you use, the metric that matters in the end is your cost per conversion: total spend divided by the number of conversions.

Push Ads CPC Rates by Country in 2026

Push CPC on ROIads ranges from $0.008 in Turkey to $0.124 in DR Congo. Here are rates for the top 11 GEOs by volume.

India and Turkey combine high volume with the lowest CPCs, which makes them natural starting GEOs for campaign testing. The wide spread between average and top CPC across all GEOs shows you can win traffic without maxing out your bids.

In-Page Push Pricing

In-page push looks like a push notification but appears inside the web page the user is browsing, with no subscription required. That makes it the main way to reach iOS users, who are hard to target with classic push. In-page push is also sold on a CPC basis, and on ROIads it starts from $0.003 CPC. Rates by country differ from classic push, so check the recommended bid for your GEO in the ROIads dashboard before launching.

What Affects the Cost of Push Traffic

Five things move the cost of push ads, sometimes within the same campaign.

  • GEO. Tier 1 countries cost far more per click than Tier 3. More advertisers compete for traffic from the same publishers.
  • Device. Mobile and desktop convert differently. Run them in separate campaigns, or your optimization data gets too noisy to act on.
  • Subscriber freshness. Recently subscribed users click and convert better, so they cost more. Older lists are cheaper but CTR drops.
  • Vertical. Gambling and Betting attract more competition. Less crowded verticals like Sweepstakes or Mobile Utilities tend to run cheaper.
  • Seasonality. Sports events, holidays, and pay-day cycles spike demand and push CPCs up.

How Pop Ads CPM Rates Compare

ROIads ad network runs push, pop, in-page push, and direct click formats on one platform. Pop ads use CPM, so your cost is calculated per 1,000 impressions.

Win Rates sit below 3% in most GEOs, so there is room to outbid competitors and grab more placements. For context, median display CPM on Google Ads exceeded $38 in H1 2026, which makes pop traffic anywhere from 5x to 50x cheaper per thousand impressions.

Budgeting for Push Ads and Cutting Costs

Budgeting for push ads starts with your GEO: a push ad campaign budget starts at $50–100 for Tier 3 GEOs. For Tier 1, plan $300–500, and $500+ for competitive verticals like Gambling.

These tactics help lower your push advertising costs without losing volume:

  • Bid at recommended levels and avoid minimums. Floor bids lose most auctions and produce zero data.
  • Split campaigns by device. Mixed mobile and desktop makes optimization guesswork.
  • Use Micro Bidding on ROIads to raise bids on converting sources and cut the rest. Turn on CPA Goal to adjust your CPC automatically based on real conversions.
  • Test 3-5 creatives per campaign. Higher CTR means fewer clicks to reach the same conversion count, which lowers your effective cost.
